Welcome to the Dual Tools Website. Dual Tools is an online learning system for training Health and Welfare sector service providers to improve treatment outcomes for persons with co-occurring alcohol and other drug and mental health conditions.
This project is developed and managed by Bendigo Community Health Services (BCHS).
The Dual Tools website provides training for health and welfare professionals to improve treatment outcomes for person with co-occurring alcohol and other drug and mental health conditions.
Training for staff a ‘no wrong door’ approach to clients, their families and carers. This includes, but is not limited to;
- reviewing organisational documentation,
- quality and safety,
- clinical review,
- cultural awareness and safety, and
- from leaders in the field and the project team.
